After calling the store to see if they had limited hours for the holiday Monday or if they were even open, I was on hold for 20 minutes, listening to "Your call is important to us, "all other customer service representatives are currently helping other customers, please stay on the line, the next customer service representative will be with you. IF YOU'RE NOT OPEN, HAVE A RECORDING STATING SO!!!! NOT IMPRESSED AND NOT SHOPPING HERE AGAIN >(
