  I called to purchase phone in the morning and was told I could not buy over the phone but I should call the loyalty dept at telus to secure the phone. I spent 45 minutes to get this done and the lady from loyalty called maximum mobility to confirm they had the phone I wanted, she said to go in in the afternoon to pick it up. I went in 3 hours later to be told they were sold out. I have always tried to shop locally but I guess with lack of service like this I’m shopping in Edmonton. Telus client since 1999.

  Personnel out front are pretty good with customer service but unfortunately their manager Larry could take some lessons from them. Larry you will find some customers get offended when you touch them. I have found these reviews only inform the public and upper management seems to go through the process of hearing the concerns but never actually do anything about them.
