  I was having issues with another Part Source out of the Edmonton area, when trying to return a battery that was under warranty, but I missed the in house warranty by a few days and was told to go right to the manufacturer. After many attempts of not getting hold of the manufacturer, I called the Part Source in Spruce Grove to see if there was anyone Canada that would be able to take this battery back to. After talking to Courtney, she had informed to come in the next day and talk to the manager, Jeff. I did go in and Jeff and the rest of the staff were so helpful, I was able to get my replacement battery and was told that he will take care of the rest, that's what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. Kudos to Jeff and his staff for a job well done. You can bet I will be going to this location, for any auto parts I'll need in the future!
