Everytime I've gone in the item I'm looking for isn't in stock or the staff could care less that there is a customer in the store. They just stand around talking behind the counter, there always seems to be empty spots on the shelves and just unpacked boxes of merchandise sitting around while staff stands around. It's really unfortunate because spruce Grove really has no other electronic stores and this place could make a killing if they stepped up their game. I'll go to best buy from now on.
